Management reserves the right to modify or cancel card programs and promotions at any time without notice. Member must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of its terms and conditions. Club cards without gaming activity for 12 months will be considered inactive and forfeit all rewards including card level, points, promo, and comp balances. Rewards are non-transferable and require proper identification for redemption. Misuse of cards or rewards may result in forfeiture of the players cards and reward balances.
